Keynote: Challenges of OBD in the HD Market

This Plenary address will discuss the major challenges facing the HD market including the current state and the need for maturity opportunities that as had been afforded the pass car industry. The major theme to be address is that OEs and regulatory agencies cannot sour the HD customer on OBD or there will be a lot of black tape fixes and significant conflict.
