MANAGER, NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, ELECTRIC VEHICLE AND HYBRID TECHNOLOGY ROBERT BOSCH LLC Joseph Slenzak is the manager of new business development for electric vehicle and hybrid technology at Robert Bosch LLC. In this position, he is responsible for managing Bosch electric vehicle and hybrid activities including engineering, sales and marketing within the North America region. He is based in Farmington Hills, Mich. Since joining Bosch in 1993, Slenzak has held numerous marketing and engineering positions with increasing responsibility in the areas of hybrid vehicle and powertrain technology and chassis control applications. Prior to Bosch, Slenzak was a senior application engineer for powertrain technologies at General Motors Corporation. Slenzak earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1984, and his master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Michigan in 1998. He is a member of the SAE Hybrid Committee. The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services.
